Description
Bitter, bright, and highly Instagrammable. Serve it in a frosty wineglass with striped paper straw and a big orange slice for the full effect.
Ingredients

- 2 oz Aperol
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz orange juice
- ½ oz simple syrup (dissolve equal parts sugar in hot water)
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Add ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a frozen wine glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
