We’re glad to accept this cocktail even without a 39-and-a-half foot pole.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 oz whiskey
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz pickle brine
- 1 tsp honey
- Chopped dill for garnish
Instructions
- Rub the rim of a rocks glass with lemon juice and dip into chopped dill.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice and serve.
