Ingredients
Scale
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz carrot juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Juice of half a lime
- 2/3 cup ginger beer
Instructions
- Ass vodka, carrot juice, bitters, and lime to a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a glass with ice.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with a fresh carrot.
