This refreshing cocktail blends ROOT’s Lemongrass mixer with vodka, lemon juice, and egg white for a silky, citrusy drink.

- Handful of ice
- Equal parts ROOT Crafted Cocktail Mixer “The Lemongrass”
- Vodka (same amount as the mixer)
- 1 fresh lemon, juiced
- 1 egg white
- Mint sprig or marigold petal for garnish
Instructions
- Start with a handful of ice in the cocktail shaker.
- Add equal parts The Lemongrass and vodka, as well as the juice of one fresh lemon and an egg white.
- Shake all your frustrations away with a vigorous jostling of the shaker. About 30 seconds should do it.
- Pour into a coupe and garnish with a sprig of mint or a marigold petal.
- Enjoy.
