- 3 slices thinly sliced watermelon radish
- 1 piece ginger root, about 1-inch
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Add gin, radishes, and ginger to a shaker with ice and shake well for 1 minute.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with fresh slices of watermelon radish, and serve.
