The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust full lineup for the 2025-2026 PNC Broadway in Pittsburgh season features a mix of blockbuster favorites, critically acclaimed new productions, and a return of beloved classics. Hell’s Kitchen
November 4-9
The season kicks off with this highly anticipated new musical. Created by Alicia Keys, Hell’s Kitchen is bringing a fresh, contemporary score and story to the Pittsburgh stage. The plot follows 17-year-old Ali and her struggle with an overbearing single mother and a dream to escape the town she knows.
Les Misérables
November 25-30
One of the most impactful and heartbreaking pieces of musical theater history makes its way to Pittsburgh. Les Misérables is a story of love, pain, and uprising in 19th century France. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and in the current political climate, no story feels more appropriate.

December 30-January 4
You’ve played the game and possibly even seen the movie but now you can experience this murder mystery live on stage. See as all your favorite color-coded characters come to life to solve this whodunnit in Boddy Manor. Guess along yourself to see just how close you come to figuring our the mystery.
Wicked
January 14-February 15
After you see Wicked For Good, see the musical as it was originally made for the theater stage. Wicked takes the story of the Wizard of Oz that you know and flips it on its head to reveal the truth of the Wicked Witch of the West. Get ready for an evening with Glinda and Elphaba. Because itt clocks out in less than half the time of the movie version, you’ll enjoy its faster pace and its precise story telling.
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast
February 24-March 1
Belle, Gaston, The Beast, and all your furniture friends prepare a family-fun musical that will get the kids to love Broadway. With stunning costumes and magical set pieces, you’ll feel the nostalgia of old Disney movies. It’s also a special premiere with this being the first North American production of the musical in over 25 years.

This famous show is about All That Jazz! A toe-tapping adventure takes us to Chicago’s Jazz Age in the Cook County Jail. Here, two prisoners compete for complete reign over the headlines with over-the-top performances. This show is all about big productions and energizing dances…and the nature of fame in a world obsessed with being famous.
Water for Elephants
March 31-April 5
First it was a book, then a movie, and now Water For Elephants stars as a stage adaptation. This heartfelt musical takes us to the circus where a young man finds his true home. The story flows from an older version of this man as he reflects upon his past loves and the life he has lived.
Shucked
April 14-19
This critically acclaimed new musical comedy introduces audiences to a small, isolated town dealing with a serious problem. Their corn is dying. This witty show is packed with country music, groan-worthy jokes, and big laughs, making it the perfect lighthearted escape.
The Great Gatsby
May 26-31
F. Scott Fitzgerald’s tale of romance, loss, and what it means to live the American dream was made for the stage.
