The world-class 10-piece big band OPEK returns to the Loft at Kingfly Spirits for a lively night of vibrant jazz. Led by Ben Opie, the ensemble features some of Pittsburgh’s most exciting creative musicians.

OPEK began by performing the visionary works of Sun Ra. The band has since expanded its repertoire. They now play music from Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, and Charles Mingus. Moreover, they include monster movie soundtracks and original compositions.

Guests can check in starting at 7:00 PM to enjoy a cocktail and secure a seat before the 8:00 PM show. The performance promises to be engaging, fun, and unforgettable.
