More than just a food festival, the Original Pittsburgh Taco Festival is a celebration of people and community. Produced by the Pittsburgh Hispanic Development Corporation (PHDC), a portion of the proceeds directly benefits PHDC’s mission of community and economic development. As Guillermo Velazquez, Executive Director of PHDC, says, “TacoFest is more than a celebration of food — it’s a celebration of people.”
