Set in The Commoner’s private dining space, this intimate event will feature dishes paired with vibrant selections from the Andes Mountains, the Chilean Coast, and beyond.
Chef Racicot’s globally inspired menu includes razor clams, scallop dumplings, turbot, duck, and housemade cheesecake—all carefully matched with premium wines from regions like Limarí, Casablanca, and Alto Maipo Valleys.
Wine insights will be shared tableside by Chilean native Italo Jofre, representing celebrated producers including Concha y Toro and Bonterra.
