Your Guide to Noah Kahan’s Concert at PNC Park: Parking, Bag Policy, and More

Door and Show Times

Ticketmaster has the show time set as 6:30 p.m., so doors will open at least an hour before the show around 5:30 p.m. Since this is a sold out show and Fourth of July activities will be going on around the city, plan to arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to get to your seat. Besides waiting on traffic and parking, lines are expected to be long so it will take time to get into the venue. In case you have GA tickets, your best chance at a good spot is to arrive at least an hour before door times. Noah Kahan usually gets on stage at 8:30/8:45 p.m. so as long as you’re in your seat before then, you’ll be set.

Bag Policy

So far, Noah does not have a separate bag policy so you can plan on bringing a bag as long as it is soft and is not larger than 16″ x 16″ x 8″.

Parking Info

As aforementioned, a busy holiday weekend in Pittsburgh along with a sold out show means parking lots will fill up fast. If you are not booking a spot ahead of time on an application like ParkWhiz, then we recommend taking advantage of Pittsburgh’s public transport. If you park Downtown instead of on the North Side where the concert is, you can take the T subway system over for free. The North Side stop is just two blocks from the stadium. Plus, bus lines run all throughout the city and the Gateway Clipper Fleet offers a boat shuttle over to the stadium from Station Square for just $15 round-trip. But, if you do want to park in a lot day of, we have information on the closest lots in our PNC Park venue guide.

If You Are Going to Buy Resale Tickets…

This stop of Noah’s Great Divide Tour sold out rather quickly so we completely understand still looking for tickets even on the day of the show. But, since your only options to go are resellers you want to proceed with caution. NEVER buy tickets off a Facebook page or other social media post. Instead, stick to the websites that ensure a safe purchasing experience where even if your tickets never arrive, you at least get a refund or even at times, replacement tickets. Check out sites like Stubhub, Seatgeek, Vivid Seats, or even Ticketmaster’s official resale. Remember, if a ticket price is too good to be true, it probably is. Currently, resale tickets average around $500 so proceed with caution. You can always call the box office too on the day of the show to see if any additional tickets are released.

Who Are the Openers?

Noah Kahan has two openers for his Pittsburgh show, Annabelle Dinda and Gigi Perez. Annabelle kicks off the show at 6:30 p.m. with her indie folk music. Originally from Pennsylvania, her style matches Noah’s beautifully with strong, haunting vocals and songs that make your heart yearn. To put it simply, it’s music that makes you feel. Her set will most likely come in at 30 minutes and there will be a short break as the crew switches the stage for the next opener.

Gigi Perez is an American folk singer-songwriter whose song Sailor Song went viral on TikTok. She channels a raw, nostalgic energy gives you goosebumps. Her set is an acoustic one lasting 45 minutes and takes audiences through a journey of love, heartbreak, connection, and passion. Her set is one you’ll want to arrive early for.

The Setlist

The setlist for Noah Kahan’s The Great Divide Tour perfectly balances his past two albums. You’ll start off with one of the new ones, American Cars, before going through a mix of his discography. One of the most entertaining and fun parts of the show comes a little under halfway through the show where Noah gets arrested and put into a cop car on stage while singing Dial Drunk. If you’re waiting to hear Northern Attitude, Homesick, and Stick Season then you’ll want to stick around to the end. All the songs play later in the second half and Stick Season even ends the show the with a special extended version.

Navigating the Venue and Surrounding Area

If you’ve never been to PNC Park before, it can look intimidating both from the outside and inside. But, we’re here to make sure you know where the bathrooms are, what restaurants and bars are in the area for before and after the show, and so much more. You can find all you need to know about going to an event at PNC Park in our ultimate venue guide. Though, specifically for Noah’s crowd, we recommend checking out The Bohemian, SugarBird, Nicky’s Thai Kitchen, and The Government Center.

The Bohemian is your stop for Czech-style lagers and disco-vibes. It’s a great place to kick back with you fellow concert-goers.

SugarBird is great for a quick stop near the stadium. Just a block away, dine on fried chicken sandwiches, ice cream, and donuts in their gorgeous outdoor space.

In case you’re grabbing dinner, Nicky’s Thai Kitchen is right across the bridge in Downtown and their Thai cuisine is a favorite in the city. Try Sweet and Sour Chicken, Pineapple Curry, Phad Thai, and then Custard with Sticky Rice for dessert.

If you do happen to have a little extra time on your hands, The Government Center is a record shop, coffee shop, and bar all in one just short drive to the North Side. Pick up The Great Divide on vinyl before the show and a sip-able treat for yourself while you’re at it.

Looking for a Noah Kahan Pre-Party?

Prior to the show, be sure to stop by Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh in Downtown and head up to their Biergarten for Camp Spritz. Sip on Aperol cocktails as DJ Midas plays Noah Kahan tunes and you take in views from the rooftop. There will also be tabletop s’mores, photo ops, bar bites to order, and a range of tropical cocktails all happening from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
