Mothman Festival 2026

About the Event:
The Mothman Festival is an annual event held every third weekend in September that commemorates the 1966 Point Pleasant, West Virginia, Mothman sightings, which gave birth to the infamous red‑eyed winged legend. People from all over the world gather around our charming Main Street to celebrate their favorite cryptid during this one‑of‑a‑kind event.

What to Expect:
Live bands, guest speakers, vendors, cosplay, the Mothman Museum, TNT bus tours, and more. The Mothman App is available for free at the App Store and Google Apps.

Parking: The City of Point Pleasant will offer optional parking for $20 at Krodel Park on Saturday. Space is limited and walking to Main Street is required.
