Go-To Women’s Fashion Shops in Pittsburgh

Shopping online just isn’t the same as physically picking up a new piece of clothing or trying it on in the store. Allow women’s fashion shops in Pittsburgh to help you greet the world confidently, clad in threads that reveal who you are in the best possible way. Photo and fashion stylist Dominika Bronner shares some of her own go-tos.

Moda

5401 Walnut St, Shadyside

One of Walnut Street’s best shops, Moda features Isabel Marant, Y3, Helmut Lang, Officine Général, and other cool women’s lines. There’s a sense of easy brio in the choices here, which is a reflection of owner Michael Barone’s personality. Bonuses: the elegantly colorful (and hard-to-find) Paul Smith home fragrance line, as well as personal fragrances from Roja, Costume National, and Off-White.

TONS

5935 Baum Blvd, East Liberty

A European outlook is in play here, expressed with the clothing of Rick Owens, Raf Simons, Acne Studios, Jil Sander, Dries Van Noten, and more. Play with what each brand offers. Create your own very personal look. On the way out, shade your eyes with Projekt Produkt sunglasses. Spritz yourself to fullest sex appeal with Byredo fragrances. Walk out feeling like a million bucks.

This beautiful, woman-owned boutique carries a lot of high-end brands from locations such as France, Copenhagen, London, and elsewhere. From beautiful silk dresses to well-cut jackets and on-trend accessories, this is a good place for special event looks.
