Jak’s Bakery owners Molly Freedman Latinova and Zhelyazko (Jak) Latinov are very excited to announce the 2026 Jak’s Bakery Class Schedule!
Our most popular classes: 1) Hand-Pulled Phyllo Dough and 2) Bread Braiding and Decorating, are back for an extended run this year, through April 9th. And we’re thrilled to bring in guest chefs for two weeks in January as well, representing local faves Shadobeni and Bellas Tamales.
- Classes are offered Wednesdays and Thursdays
- All classes start at 6pm and run for about 2 hours
- Location: Jak’s Bakery, 4310 Main St, Pittsburgh, PA 15224
- No experience necessary
