About the Event:

Give Mom the best present ever. Moms may like brunch, but they LOVE Cruz. Join us for a musical Mother’s Day in the Klehms’ Big Red Barn.

We want the entire family to attend. The Family Pack covers two adults (21+), all kids under 21, and includes a special gift for Mom.

BYOB and BYOF (bring your own food). We are looking into arranging a food truck or vendor—details to come.

The Red Barn will be set up for standing room only. Moms also like having room to dance. Feel free to bring chairs; you can set them up outside.

About Cruz Contreras:

Multi‑instrumentalist, vocalist, songwriter, and producer Cruz Contreras has roots in Tennessee and Michigan, but has impacted Americana music worldwide.

He is the frontman, founder, and driving force behind The Black Lillies’ raw and rootsy sound. He also co‑founded Robinella and the CCstringband and has collaborated with John Oates, Jim Lauderdale, Langhorne Slim, and The Turnpike Troubadours.

His projects have topped Billboard and Americana radio charts, won Independent Music Awards, and earned a nomination for Americana Music Association’s Emerging Artist of the Year. After over a decade touring as The Black Lillies, Contreras now performs under his own name.

Cruz has appeared on Late Night with Conan O’Brien, CMT, VH‑1, PBS’s Sun Studio Sessions, and more. He has played Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry 40 times. He is about to release his debut solo album, Cosmico.
