About the Event
Pitt Athletics and the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust have joined forces to host the Pitt Block Party at Arts Landing. This three‑day celebration coincides with the NFL Draft in Pittsburgh. It also marks the first major public gathering at Arts Landing, the Cultural Trust’s soon‑to‑debut four‑acre civic space.
Arts Landing sits in the heart of downtown’s Cultural District. From here, fans can walk to the Draft Theater and Main Stage on the North Shore. The NFL Draft Experience at Point State Park is also nearby. The location puts you right in the middle of theaters, galleries, restaurants, and riverfront views.

What They’re Saying
“This is a one‑of‑a‑kind experience for our fans,” said Pitt Athletic Director Allen Greene. “The Pitt Block Party gives our community a dynamic, family‑friendly alternative to the North Shore action. We’re honoring Pitt Football’s rich legacy while showcasing the energy of our Cultural District.”
“Arts Landing is a transformational civic space,” added Kendra Whitlock Ingram, President & CEO of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. “It brings people together like a great game or unforgettable performance. As we welcome fans for the first time, we’ll celebrate what sports and the arts create when we work together.”
