Join 412 Food Rescue for Rooted, an evening honoring a decade of fighting food waste and hunger in Pittsburgh. The event will feature more than 10 top local chefs, including Jamilka Borges (Lilith), Cory Hughes (Fig & Ash), and Justin Severino (Morcilla). Each will create dishes inspired by rescued and sustainable ingredients.
Guests can enjoy chef-led food stations, craft cocktails, and live entertainment. In addition, you can try Con Pane, a Cinderlands beer made from donated bread, or a signature cocktail by mixologist Meghan Washington.
VIP admission includes early entry, open bar, elevated dishes, exclusive performances by Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra musicians, and a special gift. Since 2015, 412 Food Rescue has recovered over 36 million pounds of food and prevented 73 million pounds of CO₂ emissions. Therefore, Rooted is both a celebration and a call to action for the next decade.
