Caribbean Dream Alcoholic Punch

Punch is a drink for celebrating which means sometimes making the recipe alcoholic is the way to go. This Caribbean Dream Alcoholic Punch whisks you away to blue waters and sandy shores. The RIVAL bartender team uses Inspired by Spirits Spiced Rum, amaretto, blue curaƧao, apple juice, fresh lime juice, and sour together to deliver a cocktail that goes down almost too easy. You can even batch and serve in a large punch bowl if the occasion calls for it!

Tips for Batching This Caribbean Dream Alcoholic Punch

The key to maintaining balance and freshness while scaling up is to multiply all ingredients evenly, but hold back any carbonation or highly aromatic garnishes (like your pineapple) until just before serving. Mix your base spirits, juices, and syrups in a large container and stir thoroughly, then chill the batch for at least a few hours. Since this punch uses fresh lime juice, you can add in a bit right before serving to really brighten up the flavor.
