When serving salad to a large group, presentation is key. Opt for a large, eye-catching serving bowl or platter to accommodate the crowd. Arrange the salad ingredients attractively, making sure all ingredients are properly mixed. Consider adding a variety of toppings for customization at the end of your salad station. To keep the salad fresh, assemble it just before serving and place it in a cool, shaded area.
